Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis is a key role in the complete financial management and growth of the clinical research network, interfacing with all functions across the business. This includes ownership and facilitation of the annual budget, monthly forecast, monthly reporting and analytics, and ad hoc analysis for the organization’s leadership team and its PE partners.

Key Responsibilities
• External lender reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
requirements and periodic compliance monitoring
• Manage internal financial reporting, including revenue and expense
performance for corporate and site level perspectives
• Create annual budget and monthly forecast of full 3-statement package
• Maintain and develop financial model
• Partner with and support the Financial Accounting team as required
• Improve and automate financial processes
• Analyze business performance, provide recommendations and influence
outcomes across the organization
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Superior Excel modeling ability
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements and related analytics
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct a plus, not required

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or related field
• Clinical Research Site Network or related industry experience a plus

Wage/Salary

$90 – 100K/year
