Mark has spent more than 15 years in the clinical research industry and brings a unique understanding of the site selection process and value needs of pharmaceutical sponsors. Mark was most recently the Global Head of Trial Monitoring for Novartis AG, and also previously held leadership roles at Syneos Health and IQVIA, where he developed novel approaches to clinical trial design and execution. At Novartis Mr. Scullion led a group of clinical professionals delivering over 300 clinical studies in partnership with 14,000 investigative sites across the world.

Sally brings extensive experience from both the site and sponsor perspectives, with over 20 years’ experience in clinical trials, starting as a research nurse at a pediatric oncology site. Her most recent position was at Takeda as the Head of Study Operationalization, identifying new ways of working to enable trial acceleration and predictable delivery. Prior to that, she spent over 18 years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals working into the role of Head of Monitoring Excellence. In this position, she led teams to develop processes and training to oversee and ensure GCP and regulation compliance within global monitoring and site oversight. At Atlas, Sally is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's portfolio delivery operations, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

Bernard has extensive 30 years experience in the clinical research industry. Bernard began his career with Ernst & Young, where he earned his Chartered Accountancy qualification. Bernard then moved into a sales-related role as VP of Strategic Pricing and Negotiations for IQVIA, leading the commercial discussions for several large customer partnerships before joining Syneos Health. At Syneos, Bernard was the SVP, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), where he built the FP&A function.

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Atlas Clinical Research, Raj is committed to driving the commercial strategy. His broad experience in sales, marketing, and partnerships, equips him to provide strategic leadership for Atlas’s growth objectives. Raj holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and an undergrad degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Bangalore Institute of Technology.

Louisa originally joined the company as a Marketing Manager in 2018 at the Rochester site, where she currently serves as the Vice President of Business Operations. At Atlas she currently is responsible for marketing communications, budgets and contracts, patient engagement and retention, and provides strategic vision related to the growth of of the Atlas brand. Louisa graduated from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Communications.

As Head of Site at Rochester Clinical Research, Kelley spearheads initiatives to elevate operational performance and drive strategic expansion. She applies her extensive leadership experience to nurture a culture of innovation and inclusivity. Kelley's commitment to diversity and empathy in the workplace is central to her approach, fostering an environment where her team can excel professionally while ensuring a balanced work-life integration. With a solid track record in managing complex CNS trials, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic approach to leading site operations at Suburban Research Associates (SRA). She fosters a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring that the site remains at the cutting edge of clinical research methodologies. Under her leadership, SRA has not only expanded its CNS portfolio but also ventured into new therapeutic domains, broadening its impact on patient care and medical advancement.

Jean joined RCR in 2020 as a Sub-Investigator after five years in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Bachelor’s/Master’s of Science degree in 2016 from the Rochester Institute of Technology. While obtaining her degree, Jean completed a clinical internship in Hematology/Oncology in Genoa, Italy. Post-graduation, Jean did a one-year Emergency Medicine APP Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center and continued to work full time in their Emergency Department afterwards. She has spent the past two years in Cardiac Critical Care.

Sophia is a Clinical Research Assistant at Atlas Clinical Research. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University. With a background in academic and clinical research, her focus spans psychopathology, eating disorder rehabilitation, empirical research, and neuroscience. Passionate about enhancing mental health therapy and medications through the biopsychosocial model, Sophia is dedicated to advancing methods that contribute to holistic well-being.

David brings broad project management, organizational change management, and expertise in solving complex business problems from his experiences at large CROs to small startups. He most recently led business transformation initiatives and product management at a decentralized clinical trial startup. David excels in creating solutions to enhance business profitability and revenue growth. His role capitalizes on his diverse business background and strategic acumen.
