The Accounts Receivable Lead role is a full-time position at Atlas Clinical Research reporting to the Sr. Director of Financial Accounting. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to help lead our billing process. As the Accounts Receivable Lead, you will be responsible for completing project billings, collections, and reconciliations for our clients.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads;
  • Assist in brand harmonization, messaging development, sales and marketing collateral, tradeshows/conferences and promotional materials; Manage daily administrative tasks, social media channels, relationships with external vendors and agencies to optimize marketing efforts;
  • Sales operations: Support managing the CRM system and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information;
  • Streamline and automate sales processes and forecasting in collaboration with the sales team; Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations;
  • Analytics and reporting: Track and report on marketing and sales KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI; Develop presentations to senior executives;
  • Sales strategy: Support the CCO and sales team in sales strategy and process, including lead generation & prospecting practices;
  • Market research: Conduct research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities;
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing and business initiatives; Provide training and support to sales team on marketing tools and techniques.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce CRM systems, Canva, Project Management tools, social media platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to independently drive projects to completion

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in marketing and sales operations, preferably in the B2B healthcare industry

Wage/Salary

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
